Published on Mar 6, 2013 Roy Stryker was the force behind the 1930s FSA photography project that led to Walker Evans' and Dorothea Lange's iconic images. In the 1940s, he worked with Standard Oil on his continuing mission to picture America. This story from 1995 interviews two of the photographers Stryker hired: Louise Rosskam and Sol Libsohn.
