Con una altura de 426 m (1 398 pies) y 147 apartamentos,es uno de los edificios más altos de Estados Unidos, así como el edificio más alto de Nueva York por altura de azotea, sobrepasando al antiguo y al nuevo World Trade Center, y segundo más alto por altura total tras el One World Trade Center.
